Light up your spirit by stepping away from fluorescent lights and fog and into a warm candlelit studio. The first 20-30 minutes of class are spent gently waking up the body before moving into a vigorous, deep flow asana, integrating breath work and awareness. With only soft light and no mirrors, you will be naturally encouraged to take your yogic journey inward, connecting the mind, body and spirit.
