Jenna Maryn Mitchell, RYT 500 Hr, a student for 16 years and a teacher for 6 years. Jenna lives in the SF Bay area and teaches weekly public classes and workshops locally and retreats internationally. Jenna's teaching style is mindful, empowering, and light-hearted. She teaches energizing classes, that emphasize alignment; to teach students proper form, to build strength, increase flexibility, and to develop more functional movement patterns. Her classes also place great emphasis on the breath, to encourage focus, relieve stress and facility deeper states of meditation. Yoga has forever changed Jenna's life for the better and she is eternally grateful to share this ancient science of healing and self-discovery with others.
