Vinyasa Flow is a fluid style of yoga in which students move from one posture to the next, linking movement with breath. The various yoga postures build strength, expel toxins, increase flexibility and re-energize the body. Classes will also include breath work and meditation to calm and quiet the mind, relieve stress, and bring harmony to the whole system.
