This class will be centered around twists, to detox and purify, and back bends, to open and activate the heart. We will reflect back on 2018, appreciate the lessons, love, laughs, and also acknowledge the hardship and identify obstacles that held us back. This class will be about gratitude for all that we learned in the past year and letting go of those things, habits, thoughts, and emotions that are no longer serving us, so that we might make room for what’s new in 2019. All Levels Vinyasa Flow.
