I am very honored to announce that I will be partnering with Yogaworks and Nike Camps to lead a pre-teens yoga camp. Ages 9-12, June 20th-23rd from 1:30-4:30PM
Nike Yoga Camps for Kids is perfect for ANY athlete: improve your range of movement for softball/baseball, maximize structural stability and strength for football, work on breathing techniques for running, or flexibility for gymnastics. Open to kids of all skill sets, camp will focus on a specific theme and pose each day and cover a wide range of activities from basic pose sequences, yoga games, strength and conditioning techniques, discussions on sport injury prevention, and fun arts and crafts.

Pre-Teen Camp (Ages 9-12): June 20th-23rd. Directed by Jenna Mitchell.
Kids Camp (Ages 5-8): July 25th-28th. Directed by Kortney Larson.
