Take an hour out of your busy day to participate in a sweaty moving meditation to connect to yourself. Power hour yoga will get you in & out feeling awake, alive, aware and ready to face your workplace. Prior yoga experience recommended. This is an all levels vinyasa flow that focuses on strength, balance, & flexibility in a beautiful flow creating a solid physical, mental, & spiritual workout. Class will be heated to between 85 and 88 degrees.
