Private Instruction

For thousands of years yoga has been taught one-on-one, teacher to student, unlike the usual group class setting that we've become accustomed too. Working with a teacher in a private session is extremely effective because the entire session focuses on your individual needs, desires, health goals and concerns.  Some common examples of what you might work on a private setting below, however there are many more options! Yoga for Self-Love

Would you like to feel better about yourself? Do you feel like you have more potential than you are currently utilizing? Often times what is holding you back from feeling your best and achieving your highest potential is yourself. Yoga shows us that inside all of us is a reservoir of unlimited creativity, energy, passion, and love, the key is learning to tap in. For Jenna, increased self-confidence and self-love have been the greatest benefits of a consistent yoga practice. She is deeply grateful to her teachers, and is passionate about sharing the tools she has learned to improve the lives of others. 

Take your practice home

Don't have time to take class, or prefer to practice alone at home? Having a home practice can be an excellent way to deepen your yoga practice and work on the aspects of yoga that are meaningful to you. Work with Jenna to develop a personal practice tailored to your body with your individual health and spiritual goals in mind. 


Do you want to learn a particular pose but just can't get it? Are you having pain or feel awkward in group classes? Learning proper alignment in your yoga postures will develop strength, flexibility, and help you avoid injury.  Overtime you will develop the tools you need to master more challenging postures with greater ease. Learning proper alignment will also develop healthier movement patterns and encourage the flow of prana throughout your body. 

Yoga for Stress

Do you have trouble sleeping, suffer from anxiety, stress, or worry? Yoga is a powerful tool that you can use to manage your stress, gain focus, calm the mind and soothe the body. Work with Jenna to discover the particular combination of calming yoga postures, breathing exercises, simple meditations techniques, etc.- to activate your parasympathetic nervous system and help you get a handle on your stress. 


Having trouble loosing weight? Need to tone up for a special occasion? Bored with your current workout routine?  TRX® suspension trainers are excellent to build strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance. Improved muscle tone, weight loss, better balance, and core strength are common benefits. TRX can also be used to rehabilitate and injury or improve your yoga postures! No matter what your fitness goals, Jenna will lovingly support and guide you to see them through.
